For the past three years, River Bookshop has been working with the River Town Times, who frequently publishes stories related to reading and the literary arts. As a longstanding feature, our booksellers share reviews of books they've recently enjoyed, appealing to both kids and adults. You can find these in the River Town Times every other week. They also publish them online.
Next time you visit the bookshop, you might notice a new display. With each new issue of the paper, we're highlighting our book reviews in store. We love this River partnership, and we think it's natural: in addition to our commitments to language and the written word, both of us are working hard to support local.
In fact, if you keep an eye on upcoming issues, you'll also find reviews of books by local authors and local presses!
